Elon Musk Launched a Humanoid Robot at the Tesla AI Day Event |
Elon Musk Humanoid robot: Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk presented his humanoid robot 'Optimus'. He present it to the public on 30 September 2022 at the Ai Day of his electric car manufacturing company Tesla. Musk is the richest man in the world, and with this, he is known for promoting new technology. He is also trying to make a colony on Mars to settle people on Mars Planet. Apart from this, his Open Ai company works in the creation of Artificial Intelligence. Similarly, Elon launched his humanoid robot 'Optimus' on Tesla's Ai Day.
Musk’s Ai Robot:
Musk brought the prototype of this robot to the stage at the event. Along with this, a video of it has also been shown, in which this robot is seen picking up the box, watering the plants, and doing things like humans. In this program, Musk said that our aim is to make this humanoid robot as soon as possible. The special thing about this robot is that it fulfills the orders given by humans using its AI (Artificial Intelligence). This humanoid robot 'Optimus' will cost less than $20,000. He said that it is not fully functional yet. Musk also said that there is still a lot of work to be done to refine Optimus and prove it.
Humanoid Robots can Replace Humans at Work:
According to Elon, this robot will first be used for difficult tasks. It will be used for carrying things around or for hazardous work in factories. Jonathan Hurst, chief technology officer of humanoid robot firm Agility Robotics, says that in the coming times, this robot will not only do household chores but can also be used as a partner. According to Musk, Tesla's technology needed a lot of work to achieve the goal of mass-producing low-cost robots. So that these robots can work in place of humans at work.
