Biography
Ram Charan is a well-known artist in the South Film Industry. Recently, his new movie RRR was released, in which JR NTR was also seen in the lead role, which proved to be a hit at the box office. Ram Charan is the son of Mega Star Chiranjeevi and his mother's name is Surekha. Ram Charan was born on 27 March 1985 in Chennai.
His full name is Konidela Ram Charan Tej. And his nickname is Chari, he did his schooling at Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan School, Chennai. After completing his schooling, he studied at Hyderabad's Sant Mary college and started studying B.Com from the college. But he left his studies in the middle and started giving his full focus on making his acting career.
After this, he came to Mumbai and joined an acting class at Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute to learn acting. Big stars like Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor, and Priyanka Chopra have also learned acting from this institute.
Let us tell you that Ramcharan's cousin brother Allu Arjun has also learned acting from the same acting Institute. After this Ramcharan went to London and there he joined drama after finishing the acting course he returned to India.
Career
In the year 2007, Ramcharan appeared in his first movie Chirutha which was an action film. This movie was Ramcharan's debut movie, so his father Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun, and other members played an important role in promoting the movie.
The opening of the film was great but later the film slowly went down and the movie proved to be average at the box office. This film lasted for about 3 months in South India, made on a budget of 15 crores, this movie did a business of 29 crores. Ramcharan was awarded the Best Male Debut Filmfare award for this movie.
After this, in 2009, Ramcharan's second movie Magadheera came, which was directed by South's Famous director SS Rajamouli. This movie made Ram Charan a star overnight. This movie of Ram proved to be a blockbuster. Magadheera movie was made on the budget of 35 crores and this movie made 120 crores in box office collection in India.
In the year 2012, Ram Charm's Batting Raja movie was released and this movie became popular as soon as it was released. This movie was well-liked. And this movie continued for 757 days in cinema houses.
The biggest hit movie of Ram Charan's career is Rangasthalam which came in 2018 and this movie did business of 210 crores at the box office.
More recently, Ramcharan's new movie RRR (Rise Roar Revolt) was released on 25 March 2022, which crossed the 700 crore mark in its first week itself. In this movie, we also see big stars like Jr NTR, Ajay Devgan, and Alia Bhatt along with Ramcharan.
